The Meridian Street Corridor is home to more than a hundred corporate headquarters, from financial services to manufacturing to energy infrastructure. But Carmel’s identity goes beyond the corporate corridor. The Arts & Design District, City Center, and Midtown have made the city a destination for independent businesses, restaurants, and professional services that compete on presentation as much as product.
The Arts & Design District has made visual quality part of Carmel’s civic identity. Galleries, design showrooms, curated retail — the standard extends well beyond Main Street.
